CONDITIONS OF SALE

By paying for the reservation, the Customer declares to have read, knows and accepts the following general conditions of sale:

• all lessons must be paid in advance;
• the sports lesson hour is conventionally 55 minutes;
• it is not possible to convert group courses into private lessons;
• the equipment and the ski pass are not included in the price of the lesson;
• all lessons, whether private or group, take place in any weather condition. In the event of total closure of the lifts, lessons not taken will not be refunded but recovered;
• group ski courses are activated with a minimum of 5 participants per level and type, while snowboard courses are activated with a minimum of 4 participants. If the number of participants in a group course is less than the minimum number of people, the School reserves the right to transform the course into private lessons by reducing the number of hours;
• on the first day of the course each child will receive a colored jacket, in case of failure to return it, the payment of €15.00 will be required as the cost for the necessary repurchase;
• students under 18 must be accompanied to the lesson and subsequently picked up by a parent or delegated adult.

REFUNDS

In the event of injury or illness, upon presentation of a medical certificate issued by a local doctor, a voucher will be issued for the value of the unused amount, to be used within the following winter season; as an alternative to the voucher, from the day following the presentation of the medical certificate, a refund will be made by applying the following rates for group courses:

• € 20 for each day missed for Baby Group Courses, Adult Courses and Snowboard Courses
• € 30 for each day missed for the Full Immersion Course.

In case of impediment communicated by email at least 7 days before the start of the course, the entire amount previously paid will be refunded, withholding € 20 as secretarial fees. No deductions will be made if a voucher is accepted and can be used within the following winter season.

If you book multiple private lessons, you will be asked to pay a deposit equal to the amount of the first day of lessons, which will in no case be refunded.

Only the sick or injured participant is refunded; in the case of private lessons with multiple people the refund is equal to the amount of the second person.

All refunds granted by the School management will be paid by bank transfer.
